We are not part of the federal government, any state exchange, HealthCare.gov or the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Insurance services are provided by Jose H. Mungarrieta, a licensed insurance agent, in Florida and Texas where licensed and appointed. See Licenses & Disclosures.
